A Strong & Empowered Nepali Breakfast is a flavorful, rich, and malty loose leaf black tea from  Jasbirey Village in Ilam, East Nepal.

At the foothills of biodiverse Kanchanjangha & the world heritage wetland site Mai Pokhari, Chandra Bhushan Subba and his wife Twistina lead a pioneering cooperative aiming to be the first in Nepal to create complete transparency in the tea supply chain and set a new standard for Nepal Tea. As a trainer on the Nepali Tea Board, Bhushan provides the technical, financial, and agricultural support needed to ensure the cooperative's prosperity.

Regular contact between factory, farmers, and tea board allows complete visibility on every batch of tea produced.  Premium pricing for the quality leaf grown here delivers generous incentives for farmers in pay, training, counseling, children's education, and women's empowerment.

Use:  

• Use 2.5g of tea leaves for every 200mL (6.8oz) water, heated to 212℉.
• Steep for 3 minutes.
• up to 3 infusions
